Educational Practice means that the student teachers in normal college take part in teaching or instruction. Teaching Practice is the important part of educational practice including preparing teaching plan; instructing; coaching; inspecting schoolwork; assessment by practice teachers and so on. Researching on teaching practice is beneficial to consummating Normal education, cultivating high quality teachers and advancing teacher's development. And investigating teaching practice evaluation is also beneficial to analyzing teaching practice by system theory, advancing practice teachers to inform right practice perception and enriching the theory about teaching practice.This paper makes shanghai normal university primary education college as a study case. We make the practice teachers' teaching practice as research objects to analysis the basic theory and implementation process about developmental evaluation of teaching practice. With the ideas, means of development evaluation, we use the model of developmental evaluation to design our evaluation criteria by ways of interview, questionnaire and revaluation and so on, then we pick some samples to carry out our evaluation, at last, we will check the effectiveness of this activity.With much effort and help, this research reaches the expected object basically. Firstly the paper describes the study background including the necessity and importance of studying and definite its purpose and main contents. Secondly the paper describes the research on teaching practice evaluation. It analyses the definition of teaching practice& teaching practice evaluation, and emphasis on the difference of some conception. Thirdly we study the theory about developmental evaluation of teaching practice. At last, we carry out the practice about developmental evaluation of teaching practice. Besides, the Conclusion generalizes the deficiency and some advice about this research.
