Clinical Studies On Efficacy Of The FeiNing Mixture To Acute Cough And Clinical Observation Of Inflammatory Response

Objective: To observe the FeiNing mixture's clinical efficacy for acute cough, wind cough and sputum cough, and explore the mechanism that the Feining mixture for acute through the observation to indicators of cough inflammatory response.Methods: To divide the 94 cases of acute cough (acute bronchitis, common cold) wind cough, sputum cough patients into two groups randomly, 46 cases are in control group, only to treat with compound mixture of liquorice; 48 cases are in treatment group, only to treat with Feining mixture, then to observe the indicators of patients' syndrome scores, inflammatory response and the main symptom scores, etc.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group is 98%, control group 85%, the difference has statistical significance; before and after the treatment, symptom scores, neutrophils, C-reactive protein and ESR in both the treatment group and control group have been improved, however, the treatment group improves more distinctly than the control group, which has statistical significance.Conclusion: The wind cough and sputum cough are the main types of acute cough, Feining mixture is an important treatment, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients. Feining mixture can greatly reduce patients' acute inflammatory response level, improve their cough, sputum cough and other major symptoms, and enhance the quality of their daily life, thereby advancing the clinical efficacy.
