Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Compound Mixture Of Snow And Grass Mixture

Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound herb medicine on early type diabetic nephropathy in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the study time was 3 months.The two groups were treated with general treatment(diet,exercise control,smoking cessation),blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and other basic treatment,the experimental group with compound snow grass mixture.3 months after the two groups of patients with urinary albumin/urine creatinine,urine routine,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood glucose,uric acid and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and other indicators were observed and compared.Results In the experimental group,the urine micro albumin,urine micro albumin,creatinine,serum creatinine and other indicators decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound herb mixture for treating early diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce urinary albumin excretion rate,and has a good clinical effect on early diabetic nephropathy.
