The Application Of MRI In Anal Function And Therapeutic Evaluation At High Anal Fistula After Operation

Background:Anal fistula is a frequent disease often running a chronic course. Because high anal fistula has many post-operative complications,and easily lead to injury, a lot of scholars recognize the high anal fistula as the refractory disease.At present,the treatment of high anal fistula still is surgery.The loose seton is a new technique which can avoid those side effects,and ensure the maximum efficacy of the anal function.It has achieved some success in clinical,but its long-term effect has not vet to be fully substantiated.With the development of imageology of anorectal diseases.MRI which has high-resolution is applied to the diagnosis,the treatment of anal fistula,and postoperative evaluation of anal function.Objective:To find a surgery which can preserve anal function and ensure effect,through compare the cutting seton and the loose seton in MRIMethods:The case records of 16 patients with high fistula are randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=11) and the control group(n=11).Treatment group use loose seton:the control group use cutting seton.Two groups of postoperative patients are compared with the image changes of fistula,anal sphincter in MRIResults:There is no difference in the general curative effect.But the treatment group functions in the protection of the anus is superior to the control group.Conclusion:The use of loose seton in the treatment of high anal fistula is a significant therapeutic effect,can well protect anal function,and MRI can evaluat postoperative anal function and curative effect efficacy.
