The Application Research Of Massage Type Chinese Medicine Package Of TCM On The Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: In this research,we improved the operation method of Chinese medicine package of TCM,Adding the massage technique in the operation of Chinese medicine package of TCM.To investigate the application of massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM on the neck type of cervical spondylosis,evaluated the effect of massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM in patients' the neck pain,dysfunction,anxiety symptoms,depressive symptoms and quality of life.The aim of this study was to improve the traditional Chinese medicine package process,to promote the TCM nursing skills development and study on effect of Chinese medicine package of TCM,and to promote the development of TCM external treatment.Methods: In this study,Accroding to the inclusion criteria,convenience sampling of 62 patients in a tertiary general hospital of Si Chuan.The neck type of cervical spondylosis patients in traditional Chinese medicine orthopaedics were recruited from July to December of 2016.In accordance with random number table into the study was used in samples,which were divideded into two groups.The experimental group(n=31)performed massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM,while the control group(n=31)performed Chinese medicine package of TCM,Both groups were treated 25 minutes every day,7 days for a course total of two courses.And all were on basical treatment of Jingfukang granule: one bag each time,three times a day,7 days for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment.SF-MPQ and NDI were used to evaluate the pain and dysfunction before and after intervention.SAS,SDS and SF-36 were used to evaluate the anxiety,depression and quality of life before and after the intervention.Results: A total of 60 cases completed all data collection,which the experimental group 30 cases(1 cases excluded),control group 30 cases(1 case excluded).1.The evaluation results of Pain: After the intervention,the experimental group of PPI,VAS,PRI scores in Mc Gill were lower than the same period of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),It suggested that massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM was better than traditional Chinese medicine package of TCM.2.Cervical dysfunction: After the intervention,the experimental group of NDI scores were lower than the same period of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Prompt massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM on the neck type of cervical spondylosis,dysfunction improvement effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine package.3.Anxiety and depression: After the intervention,the experimental group of SAS?SDS scores were lower than the same period of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Prompted massage type of Chinese medicine package of the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients with anxiety and depression symptoms improvement effect was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine I package 4.Quality of life: After the intervention,the experimental group of SF-36 scores were lower than the same period of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which Prompted massage type Chinese medicine package method could effectively improve the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients' quality of life,and the effect was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine package groupConclusion: Compared with Chinese medicine package of TCM,massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM had lesser pain,less cervical dysfunction,less anxiety,less depression and better quality of life.Massage type Chinese medicine package of TCM had better effect on than Chinese medicine package of TCM.
