| Objective:This study was to observe the Clinical Study on the Effect of JingAn Decoction In Treating Premenstrual Syndrome of the type of Depressed Liver And Deficiency of the Spleen,combined with reproductive endocrine hormone to explore its mechanism of action,with a view to the treatment of this disease to explore effective methods and drugs.And hope that through the launching of this topic,the future of Chinese medicine treatment of premenstrual syndrome research ideas and methods of help.Method:Will be 50 cases of the type of Depressed Liver And Deficiency of the Spleen in patients with premenstrual syndrome were divided into two groups:treatment group 30 cases, using as an JingAn Decoction(dan pi 10g,mu xiang 10g,fu ling 10g,yi ren 20g,cu cha hu 10g, dang gui 10g,bai shao 10g,chi shao 10g,bai shu 10g,zhi gan cao 5g,bo he 5g,gou teng 10g); Control group 20 cases,oral Xiaoyao pill.The two groups were observed before and after treatment by the former cases of depression,premenstrual breast tenderness,premenstrual headache,upset,stomach swell,swollen limbs and other major symptom improvement,and two groups of patients were measured hormones(E2,P,PRL,E2/P),such as changes in circumstances,and to observe the changes in basal body temperature.Results:Premenstrual Syndrome of the type of Depressed Liver And Deficiency of the Spleen hormone levels in patients with endocrine disorders exist,the treatment group after treatment and the control group the total effective rate were 93.33%and 50%,efficacy has significant difference P＜0.05.Treatment group in improving clinical symptoms,adjusting the endocrine hormone level than the control group P＜0.05.Conclusion:After soup has an endocrine disorder corrective role of hormone levels,so that clinical symptoms have been very good improvement,improve quality of life,are the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome of the type of Depressed Liver And Deficiency of the Spleen prescriptions.
