The Clinical And Experiment Study On Treatment Of Huang Dan Pigmentum With Common Acne

Experiment Study(1)on the normal rabbit's skin We smeared the Huang Dan Pigmentum directly to observe the stimulation and hypersensitivity(2) In order to inves(?)agte the inhibition of Huang Dan Pigmentum on S.aureas S.pepldernidis P.anes and Monilia albican we use pingbanfa.Clinical StudySixty cases of Common Acne were divided randomly into the control group and the treatment group, the former was treated with Huang Dan Pigmentum and the latter with Bang li cuochuangwang A comparative study on clinical curative effect between the control group and the treatment group was conducted by examing the main symptoms before and after the treatment in each group.Results:(1) In experimental study, we found that Huang Dan Pigmentum had not any stimulation and hypersensitivity(2) Huang Dan Pigmentum had a reliably inhibition on S.aureas S.pepldernidis and Monilia albican especially on S.aureas and P.anes(3) Both Huang Dan Pigmentum and Bang li cuochuangwang can improve main symptoms of Common Acne patients the effective rate of control group was 66.7%, and the treatment group was 96.7% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Huang Dan Pigmentum could effectly inhibit secretion of sebaceous grands the action of alleviating waist.Conclusions: Huang Dan Pigmentum can improve main symptoms of Common Acne patients. It had a reliably effect on seborrheic dermatitis.
