ObjectivesObserve heat-sentive moxibustion before and after treatment in patients with acne lesion degrees of change, evaluate its clinical efficacy efficacy and discuss the possible mechanism of action and the feasibility of clinical application. Methods60 cases of acne patients in national physician hall of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and massage from January 2015 to October 2015,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group uses the heat-sensitive moxibustion with acupuncture treatment while the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated every other day,12 in total. Before the treatment, right after the treatment and three months after treatment, all the cases are rated according to acne skin rating scale score.Exploration and implementation in thermal heat sensitive moxibustion:Patients chose comfortable postures and fully exposed disease position. Find sensitive points and apply the implementation of the moxibustion in sensitive high incidence area in head, face and limbs,, most appearing in Yang bai, zygomatic liao, great job, li 11, valley, Chambers area, with different types in their corresponding hole area. In the above points, light Ai at a distance of about 3 cm from the skin, first lead cyclotron for local blood warm moxibustion for 2 min, and then apply the sparrow pecking moxibustion for 2 min to improve sensitization, stimulates the bullishness of moxibustion, back and forth with mild moxibustion to open channels and collaterals. When a point spread heating, transfer heat, the surface is not hot (or micro thermal) deep heat, or other such as acid, swelling, pressure, and heavy etc. the thermal transfer, this is the so-called thermal cavity. After detecting all heat sensitive point, select 1-3 of the most sensitive of acupoints moxibustion, until the feeling disappeared, the skin appears heat. The time that it takes to omplete a treatment of moxibustion varies from person to person, with an average length of time several minutes to 1 hour. ResultsThe results shows that the treatment group and control group in treatment of common acne is valid (two groups of treatment are effective) (both P<0.05), Serum levels of testosterone is obviously different (P< 0.05), The skin lesions of both groups before and after treatment were improved obviously (P<0.05); At the end of the course, the comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups between groups (P> 0.05), shows that with heat-sensitive moxibustion with acupuncture treatment and conventional acupuncture therapy in the treatment of common acne treatment recently, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); In addition, the heat-sensitive moxibustion with acupuncture treatment group was detected in 3 months after treatment and before treatment have obviously improved, and there is a significant difference before treatment (P<0.05), while in the control group which was detected before treatment, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Also found that the treatment group patients of stosterone after three months, two groups are compared, and between groups with significant difference (P< 0.05), while the control group of serum testosterone and there was no significant difference before treatment. Treatment of skin lesion after three months, two groups are compared, and between groups with significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionHeat-sensitive moxibustion with acupuncture treatment of the long-term curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment group. Heat-sensitive moxibustion can significantly improve the patient’s acne skin lesions, and the long-term curative effect is good, with clinical safety, being economic, simple, and without significant side effects, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
