The Clinical And Experiment Study On Treatment Of Facial Film Of Acne With Cmmon Acne

Experiment Study(1)On the normal rabbit’s skin We smeared the Facial Film of Acne directly to observe the stimulation and hypersensitivity(2) In order to investagte the inhibition of Facial Film of Acne on S.aureas S.pepldernidis and P.anes we use pingbanfaClinical StudySixty cases of Common Acne were divided randomly into the control group and the treatment group, the former was treated with Facial Film of Acne and the latter with Mei Lu xiaochuanggao.A comparative study on clinical curative effect between the control group and the treatment group was conducted by examing the main symptoms before and after the treatment in each group.Results:(1)In experimental study, we found that Facial Film of Acne had not any stimulation and hypersensitivity(2) Facial Film of Acne had a reliably inhibition on S.aureas S.pepldernidis and P.anes especially on S.aureas and P.anes(3) Both Facial Film of Acne and Mei Lu xiaochuanggao can improve main symptoms of Common Acne patients the effective rate of control group was 76.7%, and the treatment group was 96.7% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Facial Film of Acne could effectly inhibit secretion of sebaceous grands and improve the comprehensive situation of skin.Conclusions:Facial Film of Acne can improve main symptoms of Common Acne patients.It had a reliably effect on seborrheic dermatitis.At the same time,it is safe and easy to use.
