| Object: observation fu gu jian bu tablet action principle to rabbit Keen of organism and form, illuminate fu gu jian bu tablet to action mechanisms of rabbit KOA,In order to better researched fu gu jian bu tablet.Method: 48 rabbit were chose in this study and these animals were randomlydivided into four groups including group A( control group),B(blank group),C(fu gu jian bu tablet group) and D(zhuang gu guan jie pill group), B,C,D group make model except A group, 6W After the models were established Both group A and B were fed with physiological saline and group C and D were fed with fu gu jian bu tablet group and zhuang gu guan jie pill group respectively. 4 aninmnals in each group were killed andthe specimens were prepared after medichine were given 2W,4W,6W, macroscopic and X-ray observation,Light microscopic and electron microscopic were used to study the histo pathologicalc hange. Resut: macroscopic observation: articular cartilage appear write in C group, histo pathological and synovial membrane inflammation is lower than B and D group. Joint activity: trouble knee Joint activity is better than B and D group(p<0.05). Function well;X-ray observation: comparing B group,C group joint gaps change narrow slightly, no osteophyma appears.;Light microscopic: cartilage surface is slick and tidal line is integrated,but B and D group is nothing, according to Colanbo level integral in group C were very significantly higher than groups B and D(P<0.05),In synovial membrane inflammation , according to Markin level integral in group C were very significantly higher than groups B and D(P<0.05)In histo pathological; electron microscopic observation: in group C ,cartilage cells proliferate hypertrophy, organelle increasing. Chondriosome is bigger than B. endoplasmic reticulum is broaden.Conclusion: fu gu jian bu tablet group had the effects of anti-inflammation, protecting and rehabilitating cartilage, so had the significantly therapeutic effect on KOA.
