Objective:The experiment in this paper from two aspects of clinical and basic researchJiaweiyanghetang for the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis and itseffectiveness.Observe Jiaweiyanghetang on the model of rabbit articular morphologicalchanges, X-ray and determination of rabbit knee joint function, and watch the flavoredYang and soup in patients with knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect observation.Toobserve Jiaweiyanghetang on the curative effect of osteoarthritis in rabbits and get ascientific and standardized clinical data for Jiaweiyanghetang provide scientific basis andsoup treating knee joint osteoarthritis, and to carry forward the motherland medicineessence.Methods:1Animal experiment part:30healthy New Zealand white rabbit, randomly divided intothree groups,10normal group,10control group,10experimental group.In addition to thenormal group, the other group was given improved Hulth method to build mould,.After4weeks treatment of X-ray, determination of knee joint function and open the joint cavitygenerally observed.2Clinical trials part:Select cases included in the standard of60patients, theprinciple of random divided into two groups, the experimental group30cases and controlgroup30cases.Medication8weeks respectively, adopting the KSS score and the outcome,evaluating the effect of patients before and after taking drugs.Results:1.TakingJiaweiyanghetang can delay the knee degenerative osteoarthritis, effectivelyimprove the rabbit knee function.2.The experimental group and control group KSS score significantly improved,compared with before treatment was statistically significan（tP<0.01）.Comparison betweenthe two groups have significant difference（P<0.01）. 3.The experimental group and control group all can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms, the experimental group effective rate was96.7%, control group effective ratewas93.3%.By the rank sum test, two group has significant difference in improvingpatients’ clinical symptoms（P<0.01）.Conclusion: Jiaweiyanghetang is an effective method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis,through the experiment research shows Jiaweiyanghetang can delay the knee degenerativeosteoarthritis, effectively improve the rabbit of knee function； Clinical observationshowed Jiaweiyanghetang curative effect on treatment of knee osteoarthritis, worth clinicalpromotion.
