"Gao Xue Ya 1 Hao Fang" Of Primary Hypertension In Patients With Serum C-reactive Protein In The Intervention Study

Objective:The clinical observation of the effect of "gaoxueya 1 haofang" to Primary Hypertension Patients,Observing the change of blood serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and blood pressure,and clinical symptom improvement of the patients.explore a new effective modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat the patients with primary hypertension.Methods:The 100 Primary Hypertension Patients(ganyangshangkang and yinxuyangkang) were choosed and divided to Chinese and Western medicine group(gaoxueya 1 haofang and Adalat GTTS) and Western medicine group(Adalat GTTS) randomly.Give them counterpart medicine.treatment for 4 weeks,referral follow-up once a week.Review the blood pressure and clinical symptoms and serum C-reactive protein after drugs stopped.The improving blood pressure and clinical symptom and serum C-reactive protein.During observation,all the patients in the observation period request to stop using other drugs and treatments,the diet and living habits unchanged.Results:Four weeks' treatment later,as far as antihypertensive efficacy concerned,two groups' blood pressure was both reduced evidently(P＜0.01).The Chinese and Western medicine group's effect rate of reducing average blood pressure was 86%,and the Western medicine group's was 66%,the difference is significant(P＜0.01)after Nonparametric Tests.In improving the symptoms of clinical efficacy,there is synergistic hypotensive effect of Chinese medicine "gaoxueya 1 haofang".the Chinese and Western medicine group's effect rate of improving clinical symptom was 90%,and the Western medicine group's was 78%,the differences were prominent(P＜0.01) after Nonparametric Tests.It was found that "gaoxueya 1 haofang" was effective to improve the clinical symptom more prominent than Western medicine group.In reducing the serum C- response protein curative effect aspect,the two groups' serum C-reactive protein were both reduced evidently(P＜0.05).the C-response protein curative effect aspect,the two groups' serum C-reactive protein were both reduced evidently (P＜0.05).the difference is significant(P＜0.01) after Nonparametric Tests.It is clear that the Traditional Chinese Medicine "gaoxueya 1 haofang" play the influential role in reducing the patients' serum C-response protein.Two groups even have not presented the obvious poisonous side effect. GTTS) can further reduce the primary patients'(ganyangshangkang and yinxuyangkang) blood pressure and improve the clinical symptom and reduce serum C-reactive protein,it has more better efficacy than Western medicine group.This study provides a useful exploration on the treatment of the hypertension in the field of Chinese medicine.and laid a good foundation for futher study.
