Therapeutic Effect And Mechanism Approach Of Manipulation Treating DM-foot (0-Ⅱ)

This research based on literature,proposed the significance of vascular nerve pathological changes in the process of DM-foot,combined the tradition manipulation theory and contemporary etiopathogenesis of DM-foot,guided clinic efficiently,elevated quality of life of patient,promoted the development of manipulation subject.This thesis includes two parts as follows.Literature research:This part had reviewed the etiology and pathology of DM-foot of traditional Chinese medicine,combined the literature research of modern medicine,proposed the methods to treat DM-foot,approached conbining treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in clinic and experiment,explained the rationality of Manipulation Treating DM-foot.Clinical research:choosed 40 DM-foot patients,separate two groups,one used drug treatment,another used drug treatment combined manipulation treatment.Compared the level of symptom score,physical sign score,ankle-forearm exponent,fasting blood sugar,low density lipoprotein,glycosylated hemoglobin,chatter leak point,Blood viscosity.Here is the result.After the drug treatment,the level of fasting blood sugar(P＜0.01),glycosylated hemoglobin(P＜0.01),low density lipoprotein(P＜0.01),chatter leak point(P＜0.01), ankle-forearm exponent(P＜0.05),Blood viscosity(P＜0.05),symptom score(P＜0.01), physical sign score(P＜0.01)changed,indicated drug is an effective means to threat DM-foot; After the drug treatment combined manipulation treatment,the level of fasting blood sugar (P＜0.01),glycosylated hemoglobin(P＜0.01),low density lipoprotein(P＜0.05),chatter leak point(P＜0.05),ankle-forearm exponent(P＜0.01),Blood viscosity(P＜0.01),symptom score(P＜0.01 ),physical sign score(P＜0.01 )changed,indicated drug combined manipulation is an effective means to threat DM-foot.Compared the post-treatment of two groups,level of fasting blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,ankle-forearm exponent had no difference(P＞0.05);low density lipoprotein (P＜0.05),chatter leak point(P＜0.05),(P＜0.05),Blood viscosity(P＜0.05),symptom score(P＜0.01),physical sign score(P＜0.05) had significant deviation.Conclusion:manipulation therapy not only obviously improve clinical symptom of DM-foot like pain,numbness,also could amendment nerve function,chatter leak point, correct hemorheological derangement,lower Blood viscosity.And it has no side effect.
