Clinical Research On Jiaolong Capsule In Treating Function-Dyspepsia(Zheng Of Hepatogastric Yure)

Functional Dyspepsia is a group of very common chronic functional gastrointestinal disorder, which has a high incidence and a variety of clinical symptoms. It has made some effect by using prokinetic drug therapy in Modern Medicine. However its long-term efficacy is poor and relapse rate is so high. Chinese medicine showed a certain degree of superiority in study of the mechanism of the disease and Differential Treatment in recent years. It has showed that zheng of hepatogastric yure among clinical types of FD has a percentage about 51.3% by epidemiological research,. So we must especially to lay stress on soothing liver and removing hepatochlic hygropyrexia in the clinical treatment of the disease.Objective: This subject is to carry on a clinical of jiaolong capsule per os treatment to cure functional dyspepsia (zheng of hepatogastric yure). The aim is throughing the randomized controlled trials to observe the effect and safety of curing functional dyspepsia (zheng of hepatogastric yure) by using jiaolong capsule per os treatment. It is intend to provide innovative new drug of clinical treatment for the disease.Methods: The patient of this research is stem from out-patient which suffered from functional dyspepsia (zheng of hepatogastric yure). 50 cases were divided into two group randomly, and there were 25-case in treat group, 25-case in control group. The recipe of treat group is jiaolong capsule per os treatment halfhour before dining (two pills every time,and three times per day), while The control group using cisapride (the Methods of taking pills is same to treat group ). The periods of treatment in each group is 28 days.Results: There were 2-case cured, 12-case were significantly improved, 10-case were in effect and 1-case were non-effective among 25-casein treat group, and the total effective rate is 96%; and there were 0-case cured, 5-case were significantly improved, 8-case were in effect, 12-case were non-effective among 25-case in control group, and the total effective rate is 52%. There were significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05). The syndrome integral of two groups decreased after the treatment, and there were statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05).Conclusion: It has better clinical efficacy by using the methods of jiaolong capsule per os treatment in curing functional dyspepsia (zheng of hepatogastric yure). And it plays a significantly improved role in the patients which have the major symptoms such as distention and buring of stomach, bitter taste of mouth, dry mouth etc. Jiaolong capsule has no obvious noxious and side effect in treating functional dyspepsia (zheng of hepatogastric yure). It is safe, effective,innoxious that deserved to spread.
