The Clinical Research Of Wei'an Capsule Combined With Deanxit Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Depressive Status

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Wei'an capsules combining with Deanxit in treating functional dyspepsia and depressive state and to provide reliable evidence for treating this disease.Methods: Eight patients with functional dyspepsia and depressive state were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients from the treatment group were given Wei'an capsules and Deanxit while patients from the control group were given domperidone and Deanxit.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.TCM symptom score,Hamilton's Depression Scale score,gastrin in blood,vasoactive intestinal peptide and electrogastrogram value changes of patients from two groups were observed before and after treatment and the curative effect assessment was carried out.Results: 1.Compared with that before treatment,the clinical overall curative effect and TCM overall curative effect of patients from both groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;the treatment group was better than the control group in improving condition of TCM symptom score,gastral cavity fullness,preference for sighing,nausea and vomiting.2.Compared with that before treatment,the content of gastrin and vasoactive intestinal peptide of patients from both groups had significant difference(P<0.05);gastrin content increased and vasoactive intestinal peptide content decreased.3.Compared with that before treatment,the psychogeny overall curative effect of patients from two groups had significant difference(P<0.05)and the treatment group was better than the control group;the treatment group was better than the control group in Hamilton's Depression Scale score changes.4.Compared with that before treatment,electrogastrogram value of patients from both groups had significant difference(P < 0.05);preprandial frequency,postprandial frequency,postprandial amplitude and preprandial/ postprandial power of gastric antrum of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).5.Patients from both groups did not have evident adverse reactions or toxic or side effects.Conclusions: 1.Wei'an capsules combining with Deanxit can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms.2.Wei'an capsules combining with Deanxit can improve the content of gastrin and reduce the content of vasoactive intestinal peptide.3.Wei'an capsules combining with Deanxit can improve the gastrointestinal electrical rhythm and promote gastrointestinal motility.
