The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Multipe Tics In Children By Means Of Jingan Oral Liquid

Multiple Tics (MT), also known as Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome(TS), is a common neurological disorder in children characterized by repetitive,stereotypic,and sudden involuntary muscle movements and vocalizations. Tics also change in frequency over time,often increasing during times of stress and decreasing during quiet concentration. In the recent decades ,with the change in environment and peoples' diet structure its rate of incidence continues to increase. Multiple Tics has become one of nervous system diseases threatening children's health. Western medicine has had no specified treatment on the desease .Then,one of the most important task for current Chinese medical workers is to find a safe and efficient treatment method to cure the disease .The reseach team on the nervous system of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Of TCM have made great success in treating MT by means of Jingan Oral Liquid.On the basis of their experience, the study sets up two teams treated by Jingan Oral Liquid and Tiapride respectively ,and keeps close observation over the patients in clinic .The result indicates that the efficiency of treatment group is superior to the control group statistically (P<0.05).Furthermore the former has advantages over the latter in the following aspects such as adjusting compositive symptoms.In this way the study testifies the better efficiency of Jingan Oral Liquid in treating Multiple Tics.At the same time it provides clinical evidence for the further clinical research on Jingan Oral Liquid.
