Objection:According to analyze and explore the failure cases of dental implantation,the study summarizes the governing fail reasons in order to promote the chances of success.Result:We have choosed 1982 cases including 2305 implants with 38 of these implants failed.And we found 14 and 13 of these are loosening before and after restoration,respectively;4 are fractured on the neck or abutment of implants;1 is devitated from the direction of axis resulting in the labial of the implant exposed and abutments of 6 are rotated.In all, the failure rate is 1.65%Conclusion:Factors in implant design1.The design in the connection of implant and abutment isn't improper so that the ability of anti-rotation for the single crown is not satisfying.2.The aera of stress concentration is the implant's weak segment Factors of patients1.General and local factors2.Improper use and maintenance and bad habits of oral cavityFactors in operation1.Trauma from occlusion2.Improper restoration time3.Not good prothesis shape 4.Not exactly estimation for the bone quality of implant aera5.Bone cauma,implant contamination and so on...
