The Analysis Of The Causes Of Implant Bone Resorption

Objective: The objective of article was the study on the absorption of bone implant cases, analysis of main causes of implant bone resorption, provide basis for improving the success rate of implant.Methods: We have choose 50 cases including 73 implants form May 2010 to Dec2014. analyze the cause of the implant bone resorption, find out the causes of implant bone resorption.Results: In all the 73 implants in 50 cases,we found there were 9 implants appeared obvious bone resorption, which has 7 implants bone resorption exceeds 3mm,accounting for 9.6%, After controlling inflammation, periodontal scaling,improve bad habits and other measures,, the rate of bone resorption hasbeen effectively controlled, the plants has no obvious loose, can be normal use.2 implants bone resorption exceeds 4mm, appears over Ⅱ ° loose, the implant was eventually dismantled, accounting for 2.7%.Conclusion:Through analysis the main cause bone absorption may have:1 Patient factors1.1 Patients with systemic and local factors1.2 The use of improper maintenance1.3 Oral bad habits2 Implant design factors2.1 Implant diameter2.2 Implant thread design3 Operation factors3.1 Trauma3.2 Implant spacing and depth is not enough3.4 The repair design factor...
