Objective:To study the regulatory effect of compound Jiangzhi Huoxue Yin on blood lipids in patients with primary dyslipidemia. Methods:Sixty patients with primary dyslipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was treated with Compound Jiangzhi Huoxue Yin 1 packet twice a day,and the control group was treated with Zhibituo capsule by oral taking 2 tablets twice a day.The therapeutic course for both groups was 6 weeks. The effect in regulating blood lipids in patients was observed. Results:Clinical curative effect and symptomatic gross curative effect of the treated group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).At the side of the regulatory effect on blood lipids, both of the two groups could regulate total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) obviously(P<0.01).As compared the effect between the two groups, the lowering of TC,LDL-C and the elevating of HDL-C in the treatment group had obvious statistical discrepancy to the control group, but the statistical analysis showed that the two groups didn't have obvious discrepancy on elevating the TG(P>0.05).At the side of the clinical symptomatic curative effect, the two groups are both better than prior treatment on vague pain of chest and hypochondrium, anorexia, numbness on limbs and cerebaria (P<0.01).As compared the clinical symptomatic curative effect between the two groups, the treatment group can improvement the symptom obviously than the control group, and the statistical analysis showed they had obvious discrepancy(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiangzhi Huoxue Yin had definited regulatory effect on the blood lipids and clinical symptom in patient s with dyslipidemia.
