| Objective:By observing the clinical study of patients with hyperlipidemia(phlegm turbidity suppression)treated by self-developed Ji angzhi decoction,the clinical effect of self-developed Ji angzhi decoction on hyperlipidemia(phlegm turbidity suppression type)was clarified.Method:A total of 72 patients with sputum turbidity suppression hyperlipidemia treated in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group by random number table method.The experimental group was given self-developed Ji angzhi decoction,while the control group was given Xuezhikang capsule.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.TCM symptom scores,total cholesterol(T C),triglyceride(T G),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Apolipoprotein(Ap o)A,Ap oB,triglyceride glucose(TyG)index,body weight,body mass index(B MI)and waist circumference of the two groups were recorded before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.SPS S25.0 software was used for statistical analysis after the data was summarized.Results:In this study,according to the selection criteria,a total of 4 cases were shed and eliminated during the experiment,including 2 cases in the experimental group(2 patients did not follow up on time),1 case in the control group(patients did not follow up on time),and 1 case in the control group(patients did not take medicine as required).A total of 68 patients,34 in the experimental group and 34 in the control group,were enrolled in accordance with the study protocol.1.Comparison of general data:Chi-square test and Ttest showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease and various indicators before treatment between the two groups(all P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy according to lipid levels:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 8 8.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.47%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.0 5),and the experimental group was better than the control group in regulating blood lipid levels.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy determined by TCM syndroms:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.1 2%,and that of the control group was 82.3 5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.0 5),and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of total scores of TCM symptoms:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).5.Comparison of lipid levels:After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,T C,T G,LDL-C and Ap oB were decreased and HD L-C and Ap o A were increased in both groups compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).6.Comparison of TyG index:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,TyG value of both groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.0 5).Compared between groups,the decrease level of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).7.Comparison of body weight,BMI and waist circumference:Intra-group comparison showed that both groups could reduce body weight and BMI,and the differences were statistically significant after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in reducing waist circumference between the two groups before and after treatment(all P>0.05).Between the two groups,the experimental group and the control group had similar efficacy in reducing body weight,BMI and waist circumference,with no statistical significance(all P>0.0 5).Conclusion:Based on the analysis of existing data,it was found that the self-developed Ji angzhi decoction could effectively reduce the T C,T G,LDL-C,ApoB,body weight and BMI of patients,increase the levels of HD L-C and Apo A,and better improve the clinical symptoms of hyperlipidemia(phlegm-turbidity suppression type)of traditional Chinese medicine,and the overall curative effect was better than Xuezhikang capsule,which is worthy of further clinical practice. |
