Clinical Study On Treating Premature Ventricular Beats With The Decoction Of ChaiHuSanShen

Objective:To study the clinical value and theory of the Decoction of ChaiHuSaShen in treating premature ventricular beats.Methods:Based on the principle of Tonifying genuine-qi and improving the blood circulation,Clearing heat and Removing phlegm, Harmonizing to relieving palpitation.This study used the Decoction of ChaiHuSanShen to treat premature ventricular beats which according to differential diagnosis of TCM theory,belong to phlegm-heat combined with blood stasis,thirty-five patients treated with the Decoction of ChaiHuSanShen were taken as curative group,another thirty-three patients treated with the granule of WenXin as control group.Results:1.The total effect rate of the curative group in treating premature ventricular beats was 82.86%,which was evidently higher than that of the control group of 60.6%(p<0.05).2.the ameliorating symptom of the curative group was obviously superior of that of the control (p<0.05).3.The curative group had remarkable effect upon relieving the clinic symptoms and improving eletrocardiogram and cardiac functions.Conclusions:This study enriches the theory of TCM treating premature ventricular beats and is indicated that the Decoction of ChaiHuSanShen has obvious effect and less side effect in Tonifying genuine-qi and improving the blood circulation Clearing heat and Removing phlegm, Harmonizing to relieving palpitation,at the same time,it settles the basis for future research.
