1.IntroductionMedicine occupation is considered as a special occupation because the medical staffs serve to people' lives. The rights of life and healthThe research object of medicine is human themselves. Except biological properties, the humane has both complex social and psychological attributes, compared to any other discipline, Medical science more emphasis on human care. We can not treat ourselves only with simple science codes or pure technology.The specific characteristics of the medical profession on health care need higher professional ethics requirements, medical students who will be the future successors to the medical profession undertake the responsibility of "saving lives, helping the wounded".Currently, medical disputes occur frequently and have an-increasing trend, which has become an indisputable reality. The reasons of medical disputes are complex, not only the inadequate medical health care system, the confusion of medical institutions management, but the absence of humanistic quality of medical staffs. Of course, one of the reasons leading to medical disputes is attributed to the too high expectation value, but the main reason for medical disputes occurrence is lack of humanistic care. "people-oriented, respect for life!" as the basic human qualities, is more important than technology. How to improve the humanistic quality of medical students has become the focus of attention in academic circles. 2 Objectives2.1 To establish a scientific, effective and practical index system about influcing factors of humanistic quality for medical students.2.2 To establish a preliminary index system through Delphi expert consultation, and by which further to design out the questionnaire which was named. Influencing factors of humanistic quality in medical students. Through the questionnaire, we will investigate 350students in a medical university to find out and analyze different factors affecting humanistic quality in medical students.2.3 Through the study of quantitative research methods, discussing the different factors on how to affect humanistic quality in medical and the influence level of different factors will be compared through scientific statistical methods. The study will provide evidence for the strategy of improving humanistic quality education of medical students.3 Subjects(1)the subject of the research contains 18 experts and 350 medical students.thel8experts whose career background contains medicine professors, administrative staffs of teaching, hospital managers,will discuss and design the items of the questionnaire.(2) Extracting 350 medical students by stratified sampling for study subjects, which contains junior medical students, undergraduate students, graduate students.4 Method4.1 Questionnaire designQuestionnaire design's method contains systems analysis, systematic literature review, Delphi method. The particular process is:First, on the base of literature review and research purpose, we designed out the first questionnaire draft after two rounds of expert consultation, second, we drawn up the formal questionnaire by correcting the first questionnaire draft and examine the scale's reliability and validity by carried out test among medical students. 4.2 Survey MethodCounselor scheduled the time an place of cross-sectional investigation. Before investigation, counselor explained how to answer questionnaire and told the student points for attention in answer.In order to get real messages. Counselor told students that the contents of questionnaire did not contains anything about personal privacy, specially, told the students that all questionnaire will be with drawed in sealing.4.3 Statistical MethodInputting and arranging data with MS excel 2007,and checking data by two people. After two rounds of correctness checking, importing data from excel to spss13.0 and data were statistically analyzed finally. such of statistical methods were used, validity and reliability analysis were used to test the validity of questionnaire, non-parameter methods were used to compare and analyze different influencing factors, descriptive statistic analysis were used to describe the basic situation of humanistic quality of medical students.5 Result(1)Establishing a scientific,effective and practical questionnaire to measure influcing factors of humanistic quality for medical students.(2) using the questionnaire to investigate,and the results of investigation were analyzed through the quantitative study,we found that the main factors affecting the forming of humanistic quality are family factors,social factors,school factors and personal factors,the most important factors are social factors,school factors are follow finally,base on study results we put forward strategies of improving humanistic quality.
