Objective: exclusion through the small incision and drainage, without prejudice to the premise of effect, with the smallest one-time radical traumatic fistula (especially high), to reduce wound healing time, the maximum to maintain the integrity of the anal sphincter, surgery to reduce the muscle of the anus injury, to maintain the normal function of the anus, to improve patients quality of life. Anorectal surgery for a new era in the development of surgical procedures to pave the way creative. Methods: 120 cases of patient data sample is divided into 60 cases of treatment group, 60 cases of the control group. Treatment group using a small surgical incision in the control group using the traditional method of low-cut hanging. By observing the wound after the disappearance of pain score and pain time to wound healing time, the daily discharge, and anal function after the recovery of a comparative analysis of information on the availability of two samples significant difference. Conclusion: By the time of postoperative wound pain score compared the treatment group than the control group (p <0.05) were significantly different. Observation of the first days after the wound secretions 1,3,5,7,9 score comparative analysis of the situation of daily discharge treatment group were lower than the control group score, the two groups were significantly different (p <0.05). Observed after 5 days before the case wound pain score comparative analysis of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, statistical analysis (p <0.01) groups were significantly different, that the treatment group because of their smaller intraoperative characteristics of the trauma, so surgery less wound pain caused by greatly reducing the suffering of patients. Observation of wound healing time after a comparative analysis of the treatment group healedsignificantly shorter than in the control group, statistical analysis (p <0.05), prompt treatment of the patient group was significantly shorter healing time. Anal function after the examination of subjective score and score a comparative analysis of the treatment group to the maximum extent possible to avoid surgery on the course of the loss of sphincter control group was superior to the extent of the restoration of anal function after apparent clinical significance. Through six months of follow-up comparative analysis of patients, two groups of data samples are 3.33% recurrence rate, statistics show no significant difference (p <0.05). In the overall efficacy and relapse rates were not significantly different, the treatment group (Small incision surgery) compared to the control group (low shear operation hanging) with injury, suffering light, short course, good prognosis, such as characteristics of significant clinical guidance can be applied.
