| Objective: Studying(Observing) the influence of thyrotrophin-releasing hormone(TRH) on FCA-induced hyperalgesia, acupuncture analgesia and immunity, to explore the influence of TRH on the effect of acupuncture analgesia and acupuncture regulation of immunity and their possible conjunct mechanism. Methods: The study was designed to observe TRH and influence of CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α, splenic lymphocyte transformation rate, the expression of TRH,TRH-R1 in spinal cord,PAG,raphe nuclei and hypothalamus the coexistence of TRH and enkEPhalinergic neuron in back corner of spinal cord, the coexistence of TRH and 5-HT neuron in raphe nuclei by using methods of behavioral nocicEPtive threshold test, measure of foot's cubage, flowcytometry, MTT, radioimmunity, HPLC-ECD, immunohisto- chemistry, laser confocal microscope on FCA-induced hyperalgesia. Results: Using intrathecal injection and electro-acupuncture, rats'pain threshold can be enhanced, secrum CD4~+,CD8~+,IL-2 be improved, IL-6,TNF-αbe decreased, the expression of TRH,TRH-R1in spinal cord,PAG,raphe nuclei and hypothalamus be increased, TRH and enkEPhalin or 5-HT in spinal cord or raphe nuclei be coexisted. Conclusion: TRH may be an important regulative point on acupuncture analgesia and regulation of immunity. |
