Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Athletic Aphasia With Jia Jian Shu Yu Pill Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:Observe curative effect about the treatment of cerebral infarction athletic aphasia with Jia jian shu yu pill combined wi th acupuncture. Testify effectiveness of the treatment. Explore transformation about the brain functional area after the treatment, and the recovery mechanism of cerebral infarction aphasia.Methods:Select meet the exercise-induced with athletic aphasia after stroke40cases. Randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training language treatment group and control group language rehabilitation training, each group of each20cases. All of the patients on the basis of cerebrovascular disease treatment. On this basis, according to the plan, the treatment group to Jia jian shu yu pill oral,9g each time, three times a day; Kai qiao jie yu method acupuncture treatment,1time each day,5times a week; Language rehabi litation training, the doctor to one-to-one to lead patients, daily at least30minutes,5times a week. The control group shall be pure language rehabilitation training. Two groups are4weeks treatment duration. Before treatment and treatment4weekend, do functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) check the function and the professional doctors using the "Chinese aphasia test"(ABC scale) check the two groups of patients (spontaneous conversation, understanding, retelling, named) language function of the score, the U.S. national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS scale) evaluation neural function change, daily life communication skills rating scale (CADL scale) evaluation daily life communication ability, and side effects rating scale (TESS scale) test drug adverse reactions. The treatment be worthy of researchment and promotion further.
