The Clinical Observation Of Xingnao-kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined With Language Rehabilitation Training On Motor Aphasia After Cerebral Infarction

Objectives:This study used randomized controlled study method to compare the clinical effects of“Xing-nao Kai-qiao”acupuncture rehabilitation program and only speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction,thereby exploring the combined treatment The advantages of this method provide a better clinical plan for the treatment of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.Methods:65 inpatient and outpatient patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Patients were randomly divided to test group and control group.The test group to basic stroke treatment rehabilitation + language Xing-nao Kai-qiao acupuncture treatment,control group to basic stroke treatment rehabilitation+ language rehabilitation training+ fake acupuncture treatment.Once acupuncture treatment 30 minutes,once each day,one week treat 5 days,total intervention are 6 weeks;once speech rehabilitation training 60 minutes,once each day,one week treat 5 days,total intervention are 6 weeks.Before treatment and 6weeks after treatment,Collect BDAE,NIHSS and HSTCM scores for the evaluation of stroke Anandia and statistical analysis.Evaluate the patient’s language function,neurological dysfunction and TCM health status,and to compare the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups of patients before treatment were in good condition and were comparable(all P>0.05).2.After 6 weeks of treatment,the results of experimental group and control group both significantly improved.Comparing the effective rates about the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Comparison within the group,after intervention,the BDAE scale,NIHSS scale and HSTCM scale of the two groups both higher than before intervention.(all P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,after intervention,the BDAE scale,NIHSS scale and HSTCM scale of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation program combined with Xing-nao Kai-qiao acupuncture and language rehabilitation training and pure language rehabilitation training have certain clinical effects in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.Xing-nao Kai-qiao acupuncture combined with language training intervention is significantly superior than only language training about improving the language function,neurological dysfunction and health status in patients of motor aphasia after stroke.These interventions are worthy in clinical promotion.
