The Clinical Observation On The Treatment For Eczema (the Type On Damp-Heat) With China Root Decoction

Objective:To research the clinical effects and safetyof Chinarootdecoction in the treatment of damp-heat eczema,at the same time,conduct its fuction mechanism.Methods:①Divided 70 patients into two groups:the treatment and the control.②according to the diffent treatment method,applied 35 cases in treatment goup which were treated with Chinaroot decoction,while 35 cases in control group were treated with Levocetirizine,both groups were treated for month.Observe and record the result of treatment.③Symptom around treatment primary and secondry;recrudescence situation of healing patients.Results:①In treatment group,the total effective rate was 91.4%.In control group,the total effective rate was 74.3%.There is significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of effectivess.(p＜0.05)②The two groups have no significant difference in effectiveness of itching degree.③In reduction of recurrence rate,the two groups have significant difference.(p＜0.05)④The treatment group have no untoward effect,unsafety is no found.Conclusion:This research indicates that Chinaroot decoction is a effective prescription,is superior than Levocetirizine in clinic.
