| Objective:Through clinical and experimental observations Yifeizhichuan Plaster Stuck onto special acupoints relapse prevention and treatment efficacy in children with asthma and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Collecting 60 clinical patients with infantile asthma,which were randomly divided into two groups. One(30patients) treated by Yifeizhichuan Plaster was treatment group and the other treated by Ketotifen Pill was control one. Experimental study on observation of Yifeizhichuan Plaster Stuck of healthy adult rabbits the effects of skin irritation;Observation Yifei zhichuanHuatan cream on guinea pigs,anti-asthmatic effect,and separately with ammonium chloride and phosphate of histamine comparison;observation Yefei zhichuan cream of wistar rat reticuloendothelial system blood flow in the tablets of inert carbon clearance hagocytic ability and mesenteric microcirculation.Resules:The clinical study showed that the total effective rate of treatment group is 93.33%,which is considerably superior to the control group (73.33%),the total effect of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical study shows that the treatment group has better therapeutic effeet than the control group, could remarkably improve the patients symptoms and signs,reduce the number of seizures,regulate the immune function of body, improve the pulmonary function of the patients.The experimentail research Yifei Zhichuan Plaster Stuck topical ointment security; Pingchuan, Huatan strong role; Can enhance blood flow in rat reticuloendothelial system in the tablets of inert carbon clearance phagocytic capacity Rat intestinal microvascular tripwires obvious opening closed.Conclusion:The Yifei zhichuan Plaster could control chronic bronchial inflammation and improve micro-circulation in the lung to prevent the relapse of asthma.
