The Long-term Clinical Analysis Of Asthma Specialized Department Clinic' Treatment On Infantile Bronchial Asthma

Objective:1) Retrospective research about the experiences of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the Asthma Specialized Department Clinic of Children(ASDCC) after ten years,and acquire the condition of ASDCC and the regarding impact facts;2) To evaluate the long-term efficacy of the treatment of infantile bronchial asthma;3) To provide advices to clinical doctors for improving the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of infantile bronchial asthma.Method:1,Selected 362 infantile bronchial Asthma patients, whom lived Chengdu, from the cases of the Asthma Specialized Department Clinic of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM between March,2000 and June, 2010. Compile statistics the information of 362 cases history, and had visited them to February,2011.1,the observation of 128 clinical cases which have nearly 3 years'treatment at the (ASDCC) of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.The effect evaluates by observing the results integral of the main symptoms and signs before and after treating and the total effect.Result:The basic clues1,The clinical analysis of infantile asthma:The ratio males to females is 1.896,the male is 237 cases,the females is 125 cases; Beginning age:3 years old and the smaller are 264 cases(72.93%); Diagnosed age:3-6 years old is 158 cases(43.65%),6 years old and the older is 183 cases(50.55%);lnvolved in diseases:there are 221 cases eczema,224 cases rhinitis,67 cases other atopic diseases in 362 cases;Allergic test: there are 184 Mite sensitivity cases(50.83%),104 mix sensitivity cases(28.73%)in 362 cases2,128cases long-term efficacy:there are the more cases without sign of asthma symptom, the less sign of asthma symptom and the less cases with the rhinitis symptom,(P<0.05), improving cough, wheeze,phlegm after 3 years'treatment at ASDCC (P<0.05).the clinical control ratio had obvious improving. The quantity cases of the control and without control had obvious difference (P<0.01), and the partial control had statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The beginning age are 3 years old and the smaller at most; The ratio males to females is 1.896;It is helpful that the Involved in diseases and the atopy suggest the asthma; The visiting patient are diagnosed as infantile asthma mostly at pre-school age and school age; Our specific therapy combined the TCM and Western Medicine has unique advantages (decreases the acute exacerbation, improves the symptoms)...
