Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of PVC With Modified Wendan Decoction

Objective: Through clinical observation to evaluate the clinical effect and clinical safety of Modified Wendan Decoction for PVC for tan huo rao xin and to explore its possible mechanism for its clinical application to provide a scientific basis. Methods: In clinical research 60 cases of Fire disturbance heart-shaped ventricular premature were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases treated by Modified Wendan Decoction; control group 30 cases treated by Xinlüping.Four weeks were one treatment course. Results: Modified Wendan Decoction could significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and Holter monitoring performance, reduce the frequency of premature ventricular beats happen, reduce the severity of premature ventricular contractions.
