ObjectivesThrough clinical observation to evaluate the clinical effect and clinical safety of Modified Wendan Decoction for PVC from Right-ventricular outflow tract for tan huo rao xin and to explore its possible mechanism for its clinical application to provide a scientific basis.MethodsThe literatures were searched from Chinese science and thecnology periodical database by the thematic terms of PVC originating from Right ventricular outflow tract.ResultModified Wendan Decoction could significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and Holter monitoring performance, reduce the frequency of premature ventricular beats happen, reduce the severity of premature ventricular contractions.ConclusionModified Wendan Decoction could significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and Holter monitoring performance, reduce the frequency of premature ventricular beats happen, reduce the severity of premature ventricular contractions.
