Clinical Observation On Children Simple Obesity Treated By Tuina Therapy On Meridians And Acupoints

Objective:The article was to observe the effect of tuina (on Meridians and Acupoints) in curing Simple Obesity Syndrom,furthermore discuss the mechanism.Mthods:60 patients with Simple Obesity Syndrom were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by tuina on Meridians and Acupoints,and the control group was treated by acupuncture.Result:The total effective rate of tuina group is 96.67%,and the effective rate of the acupuncture group is 90.00%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05, X2=1.406 ).Conclusions:Tuina therapy has the same therapeutic effect on Simple Obesity Syndrom as well as the acupuncture therapy.Because of advantages without adverse effect and pain,and easy to be accepted by patients,it is worth advocating to be applied.
