The Clinical And Trial Study On The Simple Obesity Patients Treated With Smearing PTD-SOD On Acupoints

The disease incidence of the obesity rise very fast in our country becasue the development of the economy. The etiological factors of the simple obesity includes inheritance, circumstance, endocrine,et. The investigation in recent years discovered that the free radical has extraordinarily significant relation with the the simple obesity and has significant effective in the generation of the the insulin resistance(INR) and the leptin resistance(IR).This topic will deploy the therapeusis of smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints to treat the simple obesity, and has achieved positive clinical effect,and has confirm that this therapeusis can alleviate the insulin resistance(INR) and the leptin resistance(IR).Objective:On the basis of previous topic study,through clinical trial to observe the therapeutic effect of the simple obesity patients treated with smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints,test the effectiveness of smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints.According to observe the change of the level of Leptin and Insulin,debate and reveal the mechanism of this treatment,and set the stage for the clinical generalization of this treatment.Methods:Divide40cases of the simple obesity into2groups randomly:the PTD-SOD cream therapy group,the acupuncture group. The main acupoints of the two group include,Tian Shu,Da Heng,Hua Rou Men,Wai Ling,Zu San Li,Qi Hai,Zhong Wan.The duration of each treatment group is about30min, once every other day,and there are30days for a course of treatment each with a7days’ break. The continuous treatment is processed for3courses. Observe the chang of index of correlation,including:Body Weight,Body Mass Index(BMI) and the chang of the serum biochemical assays,including:Leptin(LEP),Insulin(INS).Results:(1)The obesity indicators,both Body Weight and Body Mass Index(BMI) of the two group descend signiflcantly,and the difference has notable meaning through within group comparisons(P<0.05),and the decline rate has no significant difference(P>0.05),remind us that these two kinds of therapy can decline the level of the Body Weight and BMI,and have positive effect on the simple obesity;(2)The PTD-SOD cream therapy group,the total efficiency of65%,the acupuncture control group,the total efficiency of75%,compared the total efficiency between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);(3)The serum index,both Leptin(LEP) and Insulin(INS) descend significantly and the the difference has notable meaning through within group comparisons,too(P<0.05),the decline rate has no significant difference through the comparisons between groups (P>0.05), remind us that these two kinds of therapy can decline the level of Leptin and Insulin,and alleviate the insulin resistance(INR) and the leptin resistance(IR).Conclusion:(1)Smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints has positive effect on the simple obesity, there was no significant difference compare with the acupuncture and is an effectual and alternative treatment for the simple obesity.(2)Because smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints can decline the level of Leptin(LEP) and Insulin(INS) of the simple obesity patients and alleviate the insulin resistance(INR) and the leptin resistance(IR), we can presume that the alleviation of INR and IR maybe is an important element of the inherently metabolic mechanism of this therapy.
