The Study Of Clinical And Experimental Research To Supplement Qi And Promote Blood Circulation And Dispel Wind In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina

Objective: Systematically explores the etiological factors and therapeutic methods of unstable angina pectoris (UA) in active phase from both experimental and clinical aspects. We established the therapeutic methods was:supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind.Based on that, we developed a concrete treatment approach Yixinhuoxuequfeng Yin which aiming to study the efficacy and mechanism of this approach.Methods: In the clinical study,sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Conventional Western medical therapy was given to both groups.At the same time,the treatment group received Yixinhuoxuequfeng Yin.We studied the clinical symptoms,ECG,hemorrheology and CD62p,CD63 and so on.In the experimental study,sixty Wistar rats were made into acute myocardium ischemia models with pituitrin.We observed the effect of the treatment of Yixinhuoxuequfeng Yin to ECG,SOD,MDA,ET,and TXB2.Results: Clinical research show that in the aspect of eliminating symptoms, reduce blood lipid level,improving the parameter of blood viscosity and hemorheology,reducing the molecular sign of plateletactivation(CD62p,CD63),the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05) .Animal experiental research show that Yixinhuoxuequfeng Yin could significantly lower the height of T wave, decrease the level of MDA,ET,TXB2 and increase the concentration of NO and SOD in the blood. Conclusions: Yixinhuoxuequfeng Yin has the evident effect on UA. It had an exact of protecting vascular endothelium, getting rid of OFR and inhibiting hyperoxidation of lipid, improving the parameter of blood viscosity and hemorheology, reducing the molecular sign of plateletactive.So it could play a great role of anti-atherosclerosising and stabilizing atherosclerotic plaque.
