The Study Of Clinical And Experimental Research To Regulate Qi And Promote Blood Circulation And Reduce Phlegm In The Collaterals In The Treament Of Unstable Angina

Objective:We hypothesize that stagnation of qi and blood and damage of heart collaterals are important casual mechanism of UA,and the way of regulating qi , promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm in the collaterals are effective treatment principle through extensive empirical studies of clinical sympotom and pathology of UA patients.Based on that,we developed a concrete treatment approach Shuxinhuoluo Yin,aiming to study the efficacy and mechanism of this approach.Methods:Forthe clinical research, devided 60 patients into two groups, the treatment group(30patients) and the comparative group(30patients),and treat them separately with Shuxinhuoluo Yin besides common west medicine and common west medicine.And study the clinical symptoms, ECG, blood pressure, blood lipid,hemorrheology and CD62p,CD63 and so on.For the experimental research,60 Wistar rats were made into myocardial ischemic models with epinephrine. And study the affections of Shuxinhuoluo Yin to ECG,SOD, MDA, ET, and TXB2 of them. Results: Clinical investigations show that the treatment group were improved more in clinical symptoms,signs, blood lipid level,blood pressure, blood thickness and platelet activity than the comparative group(P<0.01或P<0.05).Animal experiental research show that regulating qi , promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm in the collaterals could decrease the level of MDA, ET, TXB2 and increase the level of NO,and concentration of SOD in the blood.Conclusions: regulating qi and promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm in the collaterals can improve the endothelial function, relief coronary spasm, get rid of OFR and inhibit hyperoxidation of lipid, reduce blood thickness and platelet activity, relief athrosclerosis and prevent the formation of throbosis and so on. Anti-Our hypothesized treatment is proved to be an important way of treatment.
