The Clinical Research Of Jianpianchang Decoction In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Type Diarrhea.

Objectives:To observe JianPiAnChang decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrheaof Stomach type diarrhea---irritable bowel syndrome type diarrhea.The Spleen deficiencystomach type for the clinical curative effect of diarrhea,and from the two aspects of theoryand clinical research into JianPiAnChang decoction in the irritable bowel syndrome typediarrhea,the effectiveness and safety.The guidance of it in the clinical application.Methods:This research was based on60cases of irritable bowel syndrome typediarrhea.Spleen deficiency from the clinic of the hospital to TCM of jinan.Divided themrandomly into two groups.One group was the treatment group,30patients were treatedwith JianPiAnChang decoction.And the other group was the control group,with30patientsbeing treated with De shute.All the patients met the TCM diagnosis criterion. Both the twogroups were treated for four weeks. Compare the effective and the TCM syndromeintegrals after treatment,for three months after treatment and the recurrence rate.Results:The treatment group is better than the control group in the TCM syndromeintegral evaluation after treatment and three months after succedent treatment.Thecomprehensive curative effect of treatment is better than that of the control group.Thetreatment group to eliminate or improve relief in diarrhea, chest tightness in the expansionthreat, anorexia, abdominal often full, depression or anxious new, exhaustion and godexhausting the symptom such as lazy to talk the effect of better than the controlgroup.There was obvious recurrence rate in DeShuTe than that of in JianPiAnChangdecoction.Conclusions:JianPiAnChang decoction can effectively cure IBS,and reduce therecurrence rate.There was no toxicity of heart,liver and kidney in the progress.
