Research On The Professional Military Education Mode For Military Medical Personnel

In order to adapt the new military reformation in the world and realize the informationization in our army and to provide substantial talents in the course of great-leap-forward development in the military, the 15th conference of all military academies and universities clarified that all military universities should establish a new institution system in which position education is the main force and the professional education and the academic credentials education are separated comparatively. This project probes into the professional education mode of medical personnel on the basis of the education transform in military institutions. According to the features and actual demands of medical personnel, it aims at establishing a set of reasonable and achievable professional education mode so as to train the medical personnel with high quality and meet the needs of the position specification and medical security in modern war.By literature review, the article analyses and predicts the change of medical assistance ability in the future war. Besides mentioning what skills is needed for military medical personnel in field medical treatment, preventive medicine, psychological medicine, medical support for NBC weapons damage and medical support for the military operations other than war, it also introduces the relative aspects of the military medicine training in the foreign army.The questionnaire shows the progress of the professional education in military, and reveals the training demands of medical personnel and evaluation of current curriculum. The results are analyzed and processed by means of statistics. The article adopts the Delphi method in which the author communicates with the experts who engage in military medical education and management for a long time and possess rich experience both in theory and practice. Based on these researches, the article builds a set of competence based and professional education mode in terms of demand analysis, curriculum, teaching methodology, the construction of teaching resources, the construction of training base, and evaluation system.The research develops a positive exploration in the position education training of medical personnel, and establishes a position training mode through precise method. This mode provides a significant reference to the upper department concerned in that it meets the medical personnel's demands and is in lines with the military education goals.
