Objective:On the basis of exploring the Expression level of the normal early pregnancy and the missed abortion leukemia inhibitory factor in the villi decidua Tissues,the key point is to make an inquiry into the relationship between the expression level of the leukemia inhibitory factor in the villi decidua tissues and the missed abortion.Determinate the normal early pregnancy women and women missed abortion of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hcG) and serum progesterone(P) level to know the differences in hormone levels in the two groups.Attempt to investigate the relationship betweenβ-hcG and P,LIF and the missed abortion by comparing theβ-hcG and P in two groups changes and LIF at the changes in the availability of two sets of relevance.Methods:Choose the normal early pregnant women(25 cases),missed abortion patients(35 cases) and use immunohistochemical techniquesstreptomyces avidin-peroxidase Connect(SP) on leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) in the 2 groups of women villous decidual tissues to histology and expression of the strength of location analysis.Use the pathological image analysis system to observe the picture and adopt the attached Analysis System software measurement in each group the average optical density(IOD).Detect the two groups serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) and progesterone(P) level by radioimmunoassay.Results:Results:(1)The differences are statistically significant(P<0. 01) by comparing normal early pregnancy missed abortion group and serum levels of P andβ-hCG level.(2) 2 groups of women villi,decidual tissues show positive expression of LIF positive staining which mainly exist in the trophoblast cell cytoplasm,the nucleus has no significant shading.(3) normal pregnancy group shows positive expression of LIF and LIF expression in missed abortion group showed weak positive expression.Comparing the intensity of the two groups,the difference has statistical significance.(P<0.01)(4) Normal pregnancy group at villi and decidual LIF expression intensity of the difference is not statistically significant.Missed abortion group in the villi and decidual LIF expression intensity of the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion:LIF chorionic villi tissue in the low-expression and low level of the (β-hcG) and P takes a very important role in the missed abortion,which indicates that LTP has the protection function to maintain the pregnancy normally.
