ObjectiveMissed Abortion(MA)is a common obstetrics and gynecology disease.The specificity of the pathogenesis and the ambiguity of the etiology are some limitations and harms caused by the prediction and treatment.Therefore,it is important to further clarify the cause and mechanism of its etiology.In this experiment,the levels of IL-17 and IL-35 in the serum and chorionic villi of patients with missed abortion were measured and compared with the patients whose normal pregnancies were required to be terminated.The differences and correlations between the IL-17 and IL-35 were analyzed and explored on missed abortions and their effects have laid a theoretical foundation for the study of missed abortion in immunology.Method30 cases with missed abortion was selected as the case group during the March 2017 to September 2017 in Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital,30 cases with normal early pregnancies who required to induce abortion was selected as the control group in the same time.The peripheral blood was collected before the abortion surgery,and select chorionic villi after surgery,the level of IL-17 and IL-35 were analyzes in those 60 patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Immunohistochemistry.All dates were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results(1)The level of serum IL-17 in case group((30.84±13.05)pg/ml)are significantly higher than that in control group((22.84±13.05)pg/ml),and the level of IL-35((530.18±202.57)pg/ml)are significantly lower than control group((644.02±181.92)pg/ml),the expression of IL-17 and IL-35 in serum between two groups showed a negative correlation(p<0.05).(2)IL-17 and IL-35 can expressed in two groups of patients,mainly in cell membrane and cytoplasm.The positive expression rate of IL-17 in case group(70.0%)are significantly higher than that in control group(23.3%),IL-35 in case group(20.0%)are significantly lower than that in control group(76.7%),the expression of IL-17 and IL-35 in villi was negatively correlated in both groups。 ConclusionThe levels of IL-17 decreased and IL-35 increased can cause the missed abortion,and IL-17 has a negative correlation with IL-35.From detect the concentration of serum IL-17 and IL-35 can help us to have an early predict for the missed abortion.
