| Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the early diagnosis of missed abor tion.Methods:January 2015～October 2015 in Nanjing Integrated Traditional C hinese And Western Medicine Hospital,90 patients who are gestational age ran ged from 5 to 6 weeks and diagnosised of missed abortion as the observation group,The same pregnancy 90 patients with threatened abortion as control g roup 1,and the same period 90 cases of normal pregnant women as the contr of group 2,compare the clinical detection results of progesterone,estradiol andβ-HCG in the serum among three groups.Results:Missed abortion group,progesterone level,β-HCG level and estra diol level was lower than normal pregnancy and threatened abortion group(P<0.05).Missed abortion group β-HCG doubled after 48 hours was significantly 1 ower than that normal pregnancy group and threatened abortion group.(P<0.05).After 1 weeks and 2 weeks,progesterone level,and estradiol level were s ignificantly in the missed abortion group is lower than other two groups,and decreased gradually with the increase of the number of pregnant weeks(P<0.05).Conclutions:Serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)are important factors in the maintenance of early pregnancy.Dynamic monitoring of serum progesterone,estradiol and β-HCG will make a n accurate prediction to pregnancy results in early stage of pregnancy,improve the detection rate of missed abortion,and early detection of adverse pregnancy,guide to clinical treatment. |
