| Objectives: The aim was to test if milk,cholecystitis or adiposis hepatica affect myocardial perfusion imaging quality and how toMethods: 391 subjects undergoing rest or stress 99mTc-sestamibi cardiac gated SPECT(GSPECT) were studied by collecting their base information including whether they got cholecystitis or adiposis hepatica.Meanwhile fatty milk quantity were also recorded.Each original imaging were drawn by a 3 by 3 region of interesting (ROI) on myocardial anterior wall and liver to calculate ratio of myocardial to hepatic(R1).The ratio of myocardial to extra-myocardia(R2) is also calculated by average count from cardiac-background ROI drawing.Results:①Chang of ratios by milkThere weren't no statistically differences of R1 among no milk group(G1) ,a few milk group(G2) and lots of milk groups(G3)( P<0.05) in exercise stress GSPECT patients,but mean value of R1 at G3 is higher than at G1 and G2(G1:1.08±0.31,G2:1.21±0.33,G3:1.23±0.55 P>0.05),R2 at G3 is higher than that at G1 and G2(1.52±0.31 1.41±0.31,P<0.05;1.52±0.31 1.39±0.45,P<0.05).In rest GSPECT patients,R1 ascend with quatity of milk ascend(G1:1.01±0.40,G2:1.32±0.61,G3:1.50±0.69。P<0.05).R2 at G3 is higher than that at G1 and G2(1.34±0.19 1.20±0.22,P<0.05;1.34±0.19 1.28±0.12,P<0.05).②Chang of ratios by cholecystitis or adiposis hepaticaNo matter rest or exercise stress GSPECT patients,there weren't no statistically differences of R1 or R2 between group with and without cholecystitis.The same result also can found between group with and without adiposis hepatica. Conclusions:①R1 and R2 increase with the quantity of milk in rest GSPECT patients.Cuing:milk can improve rest GSPECT imaging quality.In exercise stress patients,R1 ascend with the quantity of mile but R2 not.Cuing:milk can't help lipid excretion from liver and gallbladder in exercise stress patients,but can help to decrease the activity extra myocardial.②Cholecystitis or adiposis hepatica didn't affect GSPECT imaging quality.
