Clinicle Observation On The Acupuncture Therapying The Menstruation Migraine

Backgroud:ache in menstruation is the symptom of acheprimarily.Is equal in menstrual migraine period.ache ocurres frequently one week ahead of menstrual or in menstrual period.Huge influence is producted to patients' life.More and more domestic and overseas scholars attach importance to Alleviating ache occurring and enhancing the level of life quality of migraine period patients.Method:The research is performed on 60 patients who come from the Hospital of guoxian.We divided the 60 cases into the acupuncture group as the therapy group;the medicine group as the comparison group.There are 30 cases in each group.We evaluate every case according to the following items before the treatment and after treatment:pain degree and pain time.Result:(1)After the treated,the therapy group has a total effective rate of 83.3%, and 5 cases are significant improved,13cases are improve in effect,7 cases are improved,5 cases have no effect.the comparison group has a total effective rate of 76.6%,and 2 cases are significant improved,8 cases are improved in effect,13cases are improved,7 cases have no effect.The effect of two groups has significant difference.(2)After the therapy,two groups have the statistics comparison,pain degree and pain time have been alleviated.the effect of the therapy group is better than the comparison group after the therapy course.Conclusion:The acupuncture can alleviate the pain degree and pain time of migraine period patients.
