Objective: To explore the BDNF Val66 Met SNP characteristics of different efficacy of acupuncture for menstrual migraine.Methods:1.The effective rate of 50% days before and after the treatment was selected as the criterion of "effective" of acupuncture. The secondary efficacy evaluation include the average intensity of headache(VAS score representation),average duration of headache,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score, the Migraine-Specific Questionnaire MSQ2.1.To evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture between menstrual migraine subjects.2.By real-time PCR technique to explore the difference between the acupuncture effect difference of menstrual migraine and the SNP of BDNF Val66 Met.Results:1.Subjects selection on different efficacy of acupuncture for menstrual migraine.(1)26 acupuncture-positive migraineurs,41 acupuncture-negative migraineurs and 26 healthy subjects were selected.(2)The baselines of the MM and HS showed no statistical differences(P>0.05).The difference of SAS and SDS between MM and HS has statistical difference(P < 0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in the clinical indicators between the subjects with acupuncture treatment(P >0.05).(4)There were significant differences between the effective and ineffective menstrual migraine patients after treatment,in addition to the SDS score.(5)Comparison of the related secondary efficacy evaluation indexes between the effective and ineffective menstrual migraine patients before and after acupuncture treatment:Compared with before treatment, all of the secondary efficacy evaluation indexes of acupuncture effective menstrual migraine patients were improved, and had statistical significance(P < 0.05);The results showed that all of the evaluation indexes of the patients with acupuncture ineffective menstrual migraine were improved, but there was significant difference in the average intensity of headache and the average time of headache.2.Explore the difference between acupuncture efficacy BDNF Val66 Met gene polymorphism in patients with menstrual migraine.(1)There are no obvious differences in BDNF Val66 Met genotypes(Val/Val?Val/Met?Met/Met)and allele frequency distribution between the HS and MM(P > 0.05).(2)There are no significant differences in the clinical index of BDNF Val66 Met genotypes in patients with menstrual migraine(P > 0.05).(3)There are no significant differences in the distribution of BDNF Val66 Met genotypes and allele frequencies of BDNF between the effective and ineffective subjects with migraine(P > 0.05).(4)There are significant differences in the MSQ2.1 scores between the BDNF Val66 Met different genotypes of the effective and ineffective menstrual migraine patients(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the mean duration of headache and the MSQ2.1 score between the 3 groups.Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture can relieve the Shaoyang meridian, menstrual migraine subjects improve anxiety, depression, improve the quality of life.(2)The number of headache days as the main evaluation index to screen the difference of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment of menstrual migraine.(3)Compared with healthy subjects, there are no significant differences in the distribution of genotypes and allele frequencies in subjects with menstrual migraine.(4)Acupuncture effective or ineffective menstrual migraine subjects with BDNF Val66 Met genotypes and allele frequency distribution showed no difference. But the BDNF Val66 Met genotype subjects MSQ2.1 score difference.
