Clinicle Observation On The Xiaochaihutang Therapying Menstruation Migraine

Backgroud:ache in menstruation is the symptom of ache primarily.Is equal in menstrual migraine period,ache ocurres frequently one week ahead of menstrual or in menstrual period.Huge influence is producted to patients' life.More and more domestic and overseas scholars attach importance to Alleviating ache' occurring and enhancing the level of life quality of migraine period patients.Method:The research is performed on 60 patients who come from the Hospital of guoxian.We divided the 60 cases into the xiaochaihutang group as the threrapy group;the traditional-acupuncture group as the comparison 1 group;and the herbs adding acupuncture group as the comparison 2 group randomly. There are 20 cases in each group.We evaluate every case according to the following items before the treatment and after treatment:pain degree and pain time.Result:(1) After the treated,the therapy group has a total effective rate of 85.0%, and 3 cases are significant improved,9cases are improve in effect,5cases are improved,3 cases have no effect,the comparison 1 group has a total effective rate of 70.0%,and 1 cases are significant improved,7 cases are improved in effect,6 cases are improved,5cases have no effect,the comparison 2 group has a total effective rate of 85.0%,and 4 cases are significant improved,10 cases are improved in effect,3cases are improved,3cases have no effect.The effect of two groups has significant difference.(2) After the therapy,three groups have the statistics comparison,pain degree and pain time have been alleviated,the effect of the therapy group is better than the comparison 1 group after the therapy course,there is no difference bwteen the therapy group and the the comparison 2 group.(3) About liver fire exuberant' patients,it has significant difference among the therapy group and the other groups.Conclusion:The xiaochaihutang can alleviatea the pain degree and pain time of migraine period patients.
