The Clinical Research Of Trinity Orthopedic-spinal Manipulation Plus SHENMAIZHUSHEYE Through Foramer Intervertebrale In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To compare research the therapeutic effect of trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation, SHENMAIZHUSHEYE (SMZSY) through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body and replacement with rotation manipulation on curing lumbar disc herniation. To sure the clinic therapeutic mechanism of trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation plus SMZSY through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 case of patients with lumbar disc herniation randomly divided into three groups (experimental group one, experimental group two and contrast group,), experimental group one adopt trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation plus SMZSY through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body to therapy, experimental group two adopt trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation to therapy, contrast group adopt replacement with rotation manipulation to therapy. Japanese orthopaedics lumbodorsal pain score (JOA) were observated before and after Manipulative treatment, for two weeks a course. Observation of the three treatment methods for patients with lumbar disc herniation cure rate and the total efficiency of symptom score improvement.Results:Experimental group one and experimental group two with a significant different campare to contrast group(P<0.05), trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation has a better effect than the replacement with rotation manipulation on curing lumbar disc herniation. experimental group one with a significant different campare to experimental group two (P<0. 05), show that trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation plus SMZSY through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body has a better effect than the simple trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation.Conclusion:Both the simple trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation. And trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation plus SMZSY through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body can achieve the good clinical therapeutic effect, precede than replacement with rotation manipulation. To regard the two methods as important of non surgical operation, trinity orthopedic-spinal manipulation plus SMZSY through foramer intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body is a ideal method to treat lumbar disc herniation.
