Objective:Study the Clinical Application Of Jin' s3 -Needle and occupational therapy On Treating spastic paralysis after cerebral apoplexy, to find a precise and effective integrated approach.Methods:Confirmed 90 cases of stroke in patients with paralysis after the hardware are are treated in the Department of acupuncture Branch and Neurology of the second hospital of Chinese medicine,which are in hospital or outpatient service case,between December 2007-December 2008 90 cases of patients completed the final observation,were randomlydivided into treatment group (45 cases),using Jin' s3 -Needle and occupational therapy,and the control group(45 cases),using occupational therapy.The treatment group therapy: the temporal 3-needle points,shoulder 3-needle points,hand 3-needle points, Zusanli 3-needle points,knee 3-needle points,ankle 3-needle points, According to selection point which is formulated by acupuncture and moxibustion expert,Professor Jin.Are affected Selection Local points of conventional disinfection,Huatuo optional 1.5-inch card on the 30th cents to acupuncture needles.Operation of specific acupuncture points should be based on the dialectic of yin and yang selected points by using yin-yang balance, coordination of yin and yang.Yang Meridian contortus mention the use of interpolation method,Yin Meridian contortus law to plug diarrhea.1 treatment per day,per 30min,the treatment of six days per week,four weeks into a course of treatment.Occupational therapy treatment group:including anti-spastic posture,supine to stand up,chair-bed transfer,lying limbs,joints active and passive movement,upper limb functional training and sophisticated activities of daily living training.The use of occupational therapy control group.Treatment in each group were evaluated after the reunification. Clinical improvement of Ashworth spasticity score method to evaluate the extent of a simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score method to evaluate the patient's motor function.Results:After four weeks of treatment,improvement of Ashworth score groups were significantly lower before treatment,the treatment group score lower than the control group,between the two groups,the difference was significant (P＜0.01);Treatment of 4 weeks,FMA upper limb score two score,lower limb score and total score than the pre-treatment increase in the treatment group score increased higher than that between the two groups was significant(P ＜0.01),note the treatment of group in the improvement of clinical symptoms than the control group.Conclusion:Jin three-needle therapy combined with occupational therapy after stroke is an effective way to hard paralysis.It may due to reduce muscle tension,and enhance the role of motor function,it is superior to simple occupational therapy to improve the main clinical symptoms.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
