Objective:To provide effective Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) therapy for the post finger replantation,to improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of treatment.Methods:40 cases of finger replantation hospitalization with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Control group was given treatment of anticoagulant,anti-spasm,visible light irradiation and so on,the treatment group was given Duan Zhi Yi Fang(herbs of TCM) besides the treament of control group,once per day,for 10 days. Observed and recorded the situation of the blood flow,skin color,temperature and swelling of the of extremities,and the total scores,and then assessed the integration.With the criteria of vascular crisis,observed the probability occurrence of the vascular crisis,and compared the data.Results:the occurrence of vascular crisis,3 cases in the treatment group, counted 12%,while 8 cases in the control group,counted 40%.By Ridit test, there was statisticallly significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.(P<0.05).And in the treatment rate of the vascular crisis,2 case in the treatment group,5 cases in the control group,66.7% of the treatment group,62.5%of the control group,there was no statisticallly significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. There were no apparent side effects both in the treatment group and in the control group.Conclusion:Duan Zhi Yi Fang had better effect in preventing the occurrence of vascular crisis of the post finger replantation patients,improved the survivalrate of replantation.So Duan Zhi Yi Fang is a very effective means of TCM,it will produce social and economic effectiveness.
