Purpose: Statistical analysis between position brake group and not brake group of the incidence of vascular crisis;Comparison and contrast the difference between poison brake group and not brake group on the first week of postoperative body position comfort level. Method: using self-made organizational questionnaire for the the postures comfort scale for the 80 regular vascular anastomosis of free flap for repair of oral cancer patients of postoperative week questionnaire survey, Evaluation of different age, gender, educational background, operation method and whether brake postures comfort and statistical difference whether the incidence of vascular crisis. SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used to analysis the date. T-test were used to compare the difference among the groups.Results: Different age, sex, educational background, operation method of postures comfort there was no significant difference. Don't brake group in terms of physical, physiological, psychological, comprehensive score higher than group, two groups of no statistically significance of the incidence of vascular crisis.Conclusions: Position resulting in a decline in patients with body physiological and psychological comfort, and does not increase the risk of vascular crisis after early activity.
