| Clinical Branch Director is the leader in clinical departments,the department director of the business must have a high level and more comprehensive administrative capacity.Hospital total quality management efforts at the same time,leaders should grasp the management sections and assess their implementation of assessment in order to promote units to play the role of director of the largest management.At present some hospitals have begun to attach importance to the performance evaluation section director,and have achieved certain results, but have not yet formed a scientific,standardized,and improved,director of clinical department's performance evaluation index system.Hope that through this study can lead to national director of clinical departments of the hospital's performance appraisal concerns for peer-hospital clinical departments to provide a suitable performance appraisal,director of the target system,for the health administration department,director of clinical departments to develop performance assessment methods to provide a reference.The main thesis of the first part of the background of the topic,purpose,meaning,as well as a study to determine the framework,methods and ideas;the second part of the Balanced Scorecard and other related theories are reviewed;in front of the third part of the basis of theoretical analysis the establishment of clinical departments based on the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal system,director of the evaluation model and target system assessment target to determine the weight of each target and explain,more importantly,the application of this system,from the application of test system rationality;fourth part of this set of evaluation index system for the application of analysis and reflection effects;the last part of this article are the conclusions and prospects.Discussion of the earlier target of the balanced scorecard performance assessment system to do a summary of the innovation and the resulting prospect. |
