With the entering into World Trade Union of our country, foreign capitals are inpouring, and the number of foreign hospitals is increasing. All these make the health service market of our country more competitive. Based on brand-new administrating conceptions and flexible management means, these foreign hospitals are striving for more market shares. Our hospitals are encountering more powerful impact and faced on more and more powerful and active competition. If our hospitals want to be winners and have continuous development, they should establish their targets, make sure of their own development strategy, learn their advanced management conceptions and use their experience for reference, thus improve their own administrating methods, enhance efficiency and benefit of the hospital, and enhance the total competitive power of the hospital. Therefore establishing a series of scientific and practical indicator system of hospital performance evaluation is very important to evaluate the level of one hospital's integral performance fair and objectively, and to promote hospitals to develop healthily and stably.The research of corporation performance evaluation is carried out earlier.
